commission guidelines
♥ Copyright & Usage
- Unless otherwise agreed in writing, I retain the copyright to all commissioned artwork.
- The final quote may vary depending on the intended usage (merchandise production or other extended commercial use).
- Personal commissions are for personal use only.
- If you wish to use the artwork for commercial purposes, such as streaming, monetized content, merchandise, advertising, or business-related activities, please request a commercial commission instead.
♥ Commission ACCEPTANCE
- I reserve the right to decline any commission request for any reason.
- I do not accept commissions for AI training purposes.
- Do not use my art for AI training.
- Do not sell my art as NFTs.
- I do not accept NSFW or fetish art.
♥ Payment & Pricing
- Full payment is required before work begins unless otherwise agreed in advance.
- Prices on the Pricing page are for personal use commissions only. Commercial/professional projects will be quoted separately.
- All listed prices are starting prices and may increase depending on the complexity and details of the commission.
♥ DEADLINEs
- The deadline will generally be agreed upon in advance.
- If you need your commission by an earlier date, please let me know so we can discuss the schedule. An additional fee may apply depending on the requested deadline.
- I am not responsible for delays caused by late responses or feedback from the client.
♥ Revisions
- Full refunds are not available after the first sketch has been completed.
- Up to two major redraws are included during the sketch stage.
- Any additional major redraws will incur an extra fee.
- After the sketch is approved, only minor detail revisions are free of charge.
♥ Cancellation & Refunds
- Any refund will be determined based on the progress of the work.
- In the event that I am unable to complete the commission due to personal circumstances, a partial or full refund may be issued depending on the progress of the work.
- If I do not receive a response within 30 days, I reserve the right to cancel the commission.
♥ Portfolio
- Commissions marked as Public may be shared on my social media and displayed in my portfolio. If you do not want your commission to be made public, please select Private.
- For commissions marked as Public, a watermark and client credit will generally be included when the work is shared. If you prefer not to be credited, you may leave the credit field blank.
- If you select Public and leave the credit field blank, I will assume that you are okay with the commission being shared publicly without client credit.
