Adopt Terms of Service

By purchasing an adopt, you agree to the following terms.

♥ Purchase

• First come, first served. Ownership goes to the first person to complete payment.
• Holds and reservations are not available.
• Please review the design and product information carefully before purchasing.

♥ REFUNDS

• Sales are generally final.
• If you wish to return an adopt, please contact me. Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
• Refunds will not exceed the original purchase price.
• After a refund, all rights to the character return to me, and you may no longer use, sell, or transfer the character.

♥ Usage

• Please check the product page for permitted usage, including commercial use.
• You may modify or redesign the character, including colors, clothing, hairstyle, proportions, and other design details.
• You may use the character for artwork, projects, merchandise, and other derivative works.
• You may not claim the original design or provided artwork as your own creation.

♥ Resale & Transfer

• Resale, trading, and gifting are allowed.
• The original design may not be resold for more than its original purchase price.
• The cost of artwork commissioned after purchase may be added to the resale price.
• These terms continue to apply after the character is transferred to a new owner.
• Please retain the original designer information when transferring the character.

♥ Credit & Portfolio

• No ongoing credit is required. Please keep a record of me as the original designer.
• Pre-purchase artwork may remain in my portfolio.

♥ Provided Artwork

• The artwork included with the adopt may be used along with the character.
• Cropping, resizing, adding text or frames, and similar edits are allowed.
• The provided files may not be redistributed or sold separately from the character.
